E60 Manual Transmission Swap

Hey all. I have a 2004 530i I recently bought. Wanted to do a transmission swap from auto to manual. Was wondering, if possible, what model type transmission would be compatible to swap with? (E39, E46, etc.). Thanks and LMK of any other info that’d be valuable!
