love these rims, and i dont know if this is the right place to ask this question but what would be the best size to run on a 95' 325is with stock suspension. I'm looking for one that i can get away with not rolling my fenders and possibly not using a spacer. thanks
You could easily pull this off with either our 17x8.5" ET40 wheels or 18x8.5" ET38 wheels. You could use a 235/40/17 or a 245/40/17 on the 17x8.5" ET40 and not have to use wheel spacers with either tire size but may have slight rubbing with the 245/40/17 in the rear depending on the type of tire you end up using. An extreme performance summer tire like the Hankook RS3 or Dunlop Star Spec may experience rubbing in the rear with a 245/40/17.
The 18x8.5" ET38 would have the same direct fitment without wheel spacers or fender rolling with a 235/40/18 tire.

Do you know what size continental slicks and ARC-8 wheels are on the Blue/ white e46 and the Black e36.
I have a set of ARC-8 17x9 and was thinking of running some continental slicks.
thanks for your time
Any info on that e38? I'd love to have that look on mine

Just got these mounted today. Front is going to be lowered a bit once I get the 96+ lcab's installed to fix the caster.
18x9 et42 255/35/18 square, no rubbing whatsoever, and easily room for 265's. My fenders are rolled and slightly pulled.

thanks man! I wanted to wait around for a concave set, but I guess the good byproduct of this set is that I can probably 265's without any issues. Doesn't look bad either

I'm not to uppity on my E36 fitments... but, is there anyone running around on 17x9 or 17x9.5 Concave ARC-8's with a 255+?
17x9 +42 with 255's f&r with tiny roll all around, front rubs on inner fender well only at full lock. If you are looking for the most you can fit without major work this is deff the way to go.
Quite a few people are running 255's with the 17x9/9.5.
