hmm... a 2002 there in 2002...
That thing is MINT. It was by far the coolest car at the show and it was buried in the back corner. My GF and I probably spent more time looking at it than anything else!

Wow really clean. I always wanted a black e30. Im just gonna save up for my e36 M and then finally get a 5 speed 2 door e30. Nice car though.

For what an E36M and nice E30 coupe costs you could get an E30 M3 in sweet condition ($15k) and be the envy of all your friends...

Go with your gut sir! You were right. Although BMW changes things over the years and tries to confuse us - E30 iT = Touring and E36 ti = compact. Or the E30 iX evolved to the E46 xi.

In michigan e30 Ms dont seem to be respected too much, neither are the e36. Anything under year 2005 is considered ancient. Everyone leases, so i wouldnt be envied if i had an e30 M. Plus, i like e36 body style a ton, and i only got 10k spending budget.

fair enough... good luck with your search... 10k should get you into a good condition high mileage M3.
