Great she's okay -- testament to the strength of the rollbars, not that much damage considering the accident (2-3 rolls down a STEEP ASS hill and hitting a tree, albeit 20-25 mph...STILL)
That car doesn't look like it's "totaled" though...be interesting to see how his insurance handles it. The passenger side hardly has damage -- but the left front quarter panel; whew....took most of the brunt!
i actually organized that drive. roads were dry and pace was slow...just lost the back end when she avoided the truck...
amazing that she was not even sore the next day---z4 did an amazing job of protecting its driver...any car that rolls twice should be totalled IMO
be careful out there people...
WW. That embankment was steep. It's tragic that she had an accident, and I'm happy that she is ok. However, it certainly gives one a little peace of mind to know that the rollbars and other safety measures measured up.
1998 Corvette"Mod fever"...
I think the car actually looks better
Just kiddin' but at least she could walk away from it. Not to mention it was a convertible with the top down!
Glad to hear she was okay. Bummer that it had to happen on a new car...![]()

Wow, I can't believe she survived that. What a testament to BMW's safety features.
