Custom C Pillar Porn Lights

So having individual wood I was faced with a problem with "porn lights". Basically if you can find Birch Anthracite ones let me know as I have searched high and low for a good set that don't set me back my liver to pay for them.

In the end I had them professionally sanded and sprayed. I haven't installed them yet but thought I would post some pictures to get opinions.

The paint booth lads did the best they could as its nigh on impossible to disassemble and reassemble and I personally pleased at the result. I paid £55 for the pair, and rather a lot having them painted. But it's worth it. I'm very happy

I haven't been on the forums regularly, but what are you guys referring to as porn lights? I've got a set of rear lights in the back on my 7 that are wood, but I fully intended on vinyl wrapping every single piece of wood.

These are 'porn lights', with the light strip at the base and wood grain finish;



If you were planning on just wrapping yours, I would almost go as far as to suggest you swap them for some standard C-pillar lights (non-woodgrain) and sell your current woodgrain ones here to a member who really wants and loves the stock woodgrain finish.

It would be such a shame to see such hard to find and great looking C-pillar porn lights wrapped in vinyl

I'm pretty sure they have the additional light strip along the bottom edge, which is why I got them. My stock lights were plastic, so these being in wood wasn't relevant to me. If someone has these in plastic w/ the same light strip below and wants to swap, by all means.

Un fortunatly the plastic ones don't have the bottom light bar...but inwould rrade you mine for your woodgrain ones

That would defy the point of why I got the porn ones...I thought there was a non wood version as well. Get it...porn...wood...giggity :-)

The way they light the interior makes it look something like a porn scene most likely would. Lol

Also because they are great mood lights. And that buck back seat on an il is perfect for the mood
