WTB: Looking for an E36 M3

I’m looking to get back into an E36 M3. I had a 1999 Estoril blue coupe for a few years, and now I’m looking for something to replace it. I’m mainly looking for a M3/4/5 but I’m open to anything as long as it’s clean. Cooler colors are also high on the list. Techno, Dakar, Boston, anything that’s a little different. I’m alright with a car that needs a little mechanical work, but I’d rather stay away from rust and body work.

My budget is around $15k. I’m located in Dutchess County, NY but I’d definitely be will to travel for the right car.

$24k? You’re about $9k over the budget, but thank you. Looks like a nice car.

My 96 needed a little work and was missing some M3 exterior parts but ran well. Only paid $1800 for it. Some deals out there for fixer uppers. I figure with your budget you could customize one to fit your needs.

I've been looking at cars at all different price points. Buying a cheaper car to work on is definitely an option.

I've got a 98 M3 Estoril blue track car for sale on this forum. Interior has been stripped, but the dash, gauges, ac, heater, windows, mirrors and sunroof all still work. Car was licensed for the street when I bought it, so should be able to be registered again.
