The kit fits E30, E36, E46
Also fits Z1, Z3 and Z4.
The SLR kit widens your front track by more than 105mm, allowing your front wheels to turn MUCH further.
But since the rack won't go far enough to do that, the super angle kit also includes special CNC machined steering plates which relocate the outer tie-rod pickup for faster steering ratio and reduced ackerman effect (ackerman is why your inside tire turns further) {Ackerman is now adjustable in multiple positions from full-drift to full-race}
Reducing the ackerman for drifting makes the inside tire scrub less while drifting, creating a more stable car, much less spin-tendency, and faster speeds while sliding. (Normally you would never turn full lock while going 70mph, but with drifting, high steering angle obviously doesn't mean driving a 25 foot circle)
On top of all this, the SLR steering plate raises the roll center closer to OEM for better handling, roll control and driver feedback.
And even better still; the tie-rod pickup is lowered with the ball joint in order to maintain OEM bumpsteer characteristics.
Custom arms from other companies are over $1,000, roll-center correction kits are normally $150-300, and bump-steer kit's with tie-rods are $250+
SLR is offering all those components in 1 kit for a price we enthusiasts can AFFORD!
-Made in USA!
-7075-T651 aircraft alloy aluminum.
-TRUE seamless chromoly tubing from Germany.
-ISO9001 plating and anodizing
-Top grade fasteners made from heat treated chromoly, stainless steel or grade8+
There are slight differences for the different cars, but what you see here is what a kit will look like for all models.
Full kit with latest lightweight tubular arms:
The SLR kit with adjustable arm option installed on Chelsea Denofa's car:
We also sell bump-steer kits, roll center kits, solid bushings, spherical bearing ball-joint replacements and adjustable arm mounts (lollipops/FCAB)
All SLR control arms can be purchased separately too!
This kit will get great angle with stock wheels and a fender roll/pull, or run the kit with low offset wheels and flares/widebody for insane angle!
You will need camber plates that offer some POSITIVE camber adjustment, (most designs for E36 can be swapped left to right, to give more positive camber)

what size wheels are needed to clear the kit?
Mine is on the way for testing. Stay tuned for an install and feedback on this kit vs early e46 arms with offset bushings and L7Tune knuckles, as well as alignment specs.
Sean, how much ackerman (as a percentage) does your new outer tie rod location add/subtract? Still positive? Close to parallel?
Edit: Are the bump steer kits also available for standard e36 track width (unmodified LCA's) ?

Damn it, why couldn't you post this two days ago
I don't have exact numbers, and the percentage varies depending on steering angle. At full lock the car probably has about 80% less toe change than original.
It is close to parallel-steer, but I deliberately left some ackerman effect.
Yes, the bumpsteer kit is adjustable enough to accomodate stock width, modded spindles, E46 arms or any combo of those.
17's if you trim the studs. The next batch of hardware will have shorter studs.
16's with Nyloc jam nuts instead of the huge standard ones.
15's might be possible if you trim all the bushings to minimum clearances.

How much further out (offset wise) will the wheels be pushed with your kit?
well rpm620 said they are 27mm wider than E46. E46 control arms are ~25mm wider than regular. So.... if you ran 0 offset rims, you are now about -52 offset. O_o

Wow. That would totally not work with the wheels I have then. I am pushing it right at the edge already as is.
Theeeen don't run fenders. Or cut them bitches up!

keep in mind, the demon camber will help keep the tire under the fender. It will also decimate tires faster.
