Hey, where does your buddy live who you were going to get to take out dents? Or what is the name of his shop (link plz) I wanna pay him a visit and see what he can do for my car, then i think i will most definitely pay for a fatty wash cuz my car will need it bad! TIA
-Sean
$75 for the engine cleaning plus we'll throw in a free exterior wash. The PDR guy lives in Temecula I believe but he has proved to be a flake. I recommend taking your car to Beach Cities Paintless Dent Removal in Huntington Beach they are off Beach Blvd if you are going South and they are on the right side just pass Olive Garden and before Warner Ave.
I'm in Seal Beach but we could come to your house in Laguna Niguel. Thanks

See you on Sunday
Bimmer day yesterday
nice job there man! Im in O.C. might hit u up soon!
Um...I guess your not. Surfside's customer service at least for me is *very* bad. They made an appoitment with me today at 8:00am. I specifically asked if Sundays were ok since alot of people don't like to work on Sunday..."no problem". 8:00am came and went, no surfside. Called them at 8:15am left a message, no call back. Tried again at 8:45am no call back. Seems like I made a full detail appoitment with a ghost.
Appears by photos here like your buisness is going well...you can afford to blow off a customer here and there. Good luck.
Richard I'm totally sorry for not making it this morning as I'm writing this from a hospital computer (thank you nice nurse). I had a call at 6AM this morning and I'm at UCI with an uncle who is not doing well. I'm really sorry as this does not reflect our customer service. I just want my uncle to get better.

Dude, life happens. A quick phone call, even at 6am, would have let me know to make other arragements. My father had a serious health issue last year so I fully understand family issues always come first. Just communicate to others with whom you have commitments to. I wish a very healthy and speedy recovery for your Uncle. You should still have my phone number.
All the best!
