Something to have if you live in a flood-prone area: put your car in a bag!

I recently came across this video which is certainly pertinent in the wake of Hurricane Harvey and Irma. As a car guy, I'm surprised I've never seen this before. Perhaps that's because I've never lived in an area prone to flooding and never paid attention. Anyone ever use something like this and if so, how did it work?

At $233.99 (sold in the Philippines), this Flood Guard Car Bag is certainly an option if you don't have a lift available to raise you vehicle above rising flood waters.

Here's a video of a different version. It's all in Chinese, but if you move through the video you'll see the cars in the bag actually float. I guess that's the reason they want you to tie the car off to a solid structure. Pretty neat.
