    '01 740I Wiper Arms

On both '01 740I and '95 740IL, I recently changed wiper blades I went with Bosch 367S Twin Spoiler, for the past couple of blade sets I had used Anco blades in either case I discovered that the arm retainer loop with the square notch are different lengthswith the drivers side being shorter (the same on both cars) the plastic retainer that came with the Bosch snaps in on the passenger side but not the drivers. In the past on other cars makes the blade sets would come with an assortment of retainer clips. Has any members had this problem and what solution did you come up with? I will try the Bosch site for answers. Thanks

Even the set that is listed for the E38 has the wrong adapter for the left side. I found the correct adapter years ago and just keep reusing it.

Yep. Super annoying that Bosch doesn’t want to recognize that the adapters wrong for our cars…
