Amazing, only Hamann hardtop in USA, everyone was drooling around so much and can't sell it since June!? What is going on?
BLACK FRIDAY PRICE DROP!!!
$4000 for the hardtop
$3000 for the BBS
Update in prices
$4000 is a good grip of money to drop on a HT. I'm sure he paid way more for it including having to paint it. I'd probably be all over this or saving pennies up for it if I was interested in a HT but all my money goes towards the coupe. I bet someone could recoup the money of buying this and putting it on a low mileage garage queen (s54 more than s52). I do love the look of it though.
Honestly it looks great.
But it's about $2000 more than I would ever consider paying for a HT.

Let's get your Z a new look for the New Year. Make an offer.
Yes it does. It's two screws for the A pillar and two brackets for the back.
Very tempting but I'm in LA =(

This is not by any means the only Z3 Hamann top in the USA. There is one here in Knoxville Tn. I have bid on 3 in the south Georgia area. There are 2 in Miami. According to Hamann the shipped around 25 to the USA not to count the ones on cars that where imported. They are rare and swap hands for 3K . I tried to buy a couple to make a similar top with bubble roof to fit the Real Roll Bars. They are Unique and get looks but ask an owner about fit and leaks. Most people that have them rarely drive and park inside so make sure that's you when you buy
Guy's trying to sell his roof and you need to crap all over the thread?
Stuff. I got stuff.
Thanks Terry. I usually just ignore these people.
Nowhere in my thread does it say it's the only one in the US. Reading comprehension is very important and apparently lacking in our school systems. Maybe that's an issue Trump will address.
"First up up is my Hamann Hardtop. It fits any year and model Z3. I personally haven't seen another one in the US. There may be another out there somewhere, but you can be sure that you'll be the only one out there with one."
It says that I've never seen another one. And chances are you'll never run into anyone who's got one.
I'd be happy to sell it to him though. Something tells me he wouldn't be happy though.
Still for sale.
HI, beautiful CAR!
I have a question, I noticed you are running reflector headlights, can I ask???? What do you think of them? Are they the commercially available kit or custom?
If a kit, is your experience positive?
Thanks again,
Rudy
I bought them off eBay. They're readily available on that site. It's my second set. I only bought the second set because a car backed into the first set and cracked them. You can't go wrong for the money. That last I checked they were a little over $200 of both. They come in black or chrome. I have the black ones. The chrome looks a little cheesy, but that's my opinion.

Tempting at this point.
Get them before the storm.
I wonder how I would ship it to 33063

I can't imagine shipping this thing. When it came from Germany it was shipped in a huge shipping crate that had to be picked up from the airport. The crate was taken apart and the top was removed and put into the back of a SUV. Also i can't imagine what it would cost to ship.
I guess I'll have to finish the roady and just drive it to you .

Wertles has shipped a few, but cost is what $300-500 to ship? As others have said, better to save the $ and do a roadtrip if you really want the top...
