So this has bugged me for a while. The hood indent is centered but the holes that the Roundel go into are slightly right of where they should. This causes the right side, and most notably, the bottom right side to rest against the curve of the indentation on the hood. Minor yes but for someone like me it bugs the shit out of me. Trying to figure out a way to at least appear to be correct. Anyone else have this going on?

Grind the pegs off and use 3M double sided tape to install if it’s bugging you.
Never seen that before. Is that an OE or aftermarket hood?

If someone was really careful, as an extreme fix you could mask the paint and have the holes welded shut and drill new holes in a better location
Or you can just get a rounded break the plastic studs attach some double sided tape and place how you like. Won't come off and who would know. If it bothers you that much. You could just break one stud and place how you like in rotation as well. 3M tape is your friend.

I met you at the Road Scholars cars + coffee. Your car is a beaut. But too bad about the Roundel. I'd be willing to trade you straight-up for my sedan, which has a perfectly centered roundel....

If it were offset to the pax side I'd say it's intentional to help counter balance driver weight when tracking solo. Since it's offset to driver I think it's just a massive CF. Cool car and great OCD though.
Update - here's a pic of mine. In fact it is slightly not centered (need to run your figure around the outer edge to notice)! It is off a bit toward driver front. Crazy you'd notice.
I asked my 12 year old son if he could see any difference and his response was "Come on dad, this thing is twenty something years old. What do you expect? They didn't have great technology back then!"

I read this then looked closely at mine... My god it's off to the right as well. I'll never unsee it, thanks
