Hello guys,
I have a 2011 335i 6spd manual convertible (E93). I am trying to get the stock battery specs. Can you guys help me please. Also which one do you suggest for the replacement- Duralast or Bosch.
The attached pictures are from my car and I don't see any specs there. I have no idea whether this is AGM or regular.
Thanks.

If you remove the stuff in the way it will give you amp hours and cca, but I you just get the BMW battery it will be the right one and register it
I believe that Bosch is OEM for BMW.

That is an AGM, 90 (or 92) amp hour battery. I think they are 850 cold cranking amps. Maybe 900, but I think the 900 CCA is the next step up

Bought the Bosch one. 850 CCA /92AH - exactly the stock specs.Pepboys had a store wide 25% off coupon so was a good deal. Space was a big problem in E93 so required some time, patience and lot of muscle work.

is it true that you have to code the battery to the car?
Let me correct myself - it's not coding as such but just registering. Few button clicks that's it.
