Temperature control panel.

My temp. control panel greenlights stopped working. Any help on a fix for this ?

I had one that flashed on and off for a few years and eventually all the lights went completely out. Controls still worked fine. I took it apart, cleaned the internals and I want to say I reseated a few connections on the board but nothing helped. I was parting the same model year at the time so I swapped the IHKAs. This fixed the issue and supplying power to module in the parts car gave the same result, no lights.

Someone smarter than me may be able to look at the circuit board and find the issue. This is an internal issue with the module, as opposed to a fuse/power problem.

Can you tell me how the IHKA control comes out?

I've only done it on a '96 model. If you have NAV, I believe the screen has to come out first. On the early model, DIY's showed to remove the cupholder but I was able to remove one of the switches below the IHKA and pull it forward as I recall.
