Swapping m3 parts onto a 318is

Ive got a m3 convertible but dont really like the body style and plan on turboing it and dont wanna deal with chassis flex. Will the drive train and other parts drop right onto the 318? or should i plan on having to spend a little extra money.

People have built 318i into M3. You will want to do some suspension reinforcements, but many do those even on the M3. The M3 has some rear subframe mounting point reinforcements stock, but you can buy weld-on versions for 318/328. Turbo E36 is fun. I first supercharged mine and later changed to a turbo. Keep it to about 500 rwhp and you break less stuff.
