    1994 BMW 540i

    M60 MAF issues

    My 1994 540i has had code 1215 intermittently and now it is stuck on. I’ve smoke tested my car and fixed all vacuum leaks. Car no likes to stall on start and almost has a throttle delay. I’m 90 percent sure it’s a maf and I was wondering if there were any better options than dropping 600 dollars on a genuine one. Thank you all for any input!

    If you're not 100% sure, then either a used MAF or a cheap one from RockAuto seems like a better bet than the dealer.
