    Rpm drops at 1500

i have 2001 e38 with m62tub44 engine. the issue i have is very unusual so while driving and keeping rpm at 1500 engine has little drop on engine but its giving a feeling like for one second it losses all power but when rpm goes 1300 or higher it dissapears. (all the spark plugs and coils are new) got obd2 and the results was that it was all the oxygen sensors but at one of the oxygen sensors it was saying that it was giving a shortcut and other 3 was giving that its not working. can be this reason of this kind of rpm drop while driving or it can be other thing as well.

Sounds like torque convertor lock up. Somewhat common issue. When it happened to me, I change the filter and what fluid came out during the filter change and added some shudder fix. I never had the issue again. I could always duplicate the rpm drop by going up a slight incline at low rpms. I could also hear a slight drone sound when it happened.
