The front thrust arm bushings in my 2011 328 are leaking, and the wheel is starting to vibrate at speed, so time to update.
Assuming it will need front thrust arms and Tension Struts. Shocks are not far behind. 74k on the car

FCP Euro does a DIY replacement video that discusses the M3 parts as a potential upgrade to the stock 328 arms. It seems straightforward other than loading the suspension to torque the inner bolts (?). I have a second jack and I'll have the car on stands, so potentially awkward to get at bolts.

I would think that handling would be crisper given the nature of the joints, and that the M bushings might last longer.

Future replacement struts would stay stock.

Do I:

Upgrade to M arms?
Stay with stock?
Press in new bushings?

Is pressing in new bushings a realistic option in a garage DIY, on jackstands with borrowed bushing tools from Autozone (FCP Euro sells one).

I do a fair emount of DIY work, Brakes, cooling, E36 suspension work, exhaust.

Thanks,
