Sorry, I have only one for a 90 liter tank with 275mm, does not fit to your car. To Japan they shipped all E32 750i/iL only with 90 Liter tank.

No, most E32 750iL came with a bigger fuel tank, Japan apparently had some restrictions to fuel tank sizes. And of course the bad road or Eastern Europe versions with smaller tank. Maybe someone in the U.S. has a fuel sender unit for you

The 90 litre sender will work fine in his car with a 102 tank.
Its how mine is setup now.
It still reads full on gauge when full but when it says empty you have an extra 12litres in reserve.... not a baf thing to have up your sleeve on a v12

I wish mine was 102, I am pretty sure my US 750il has a 90. I ran it well past reserve (about 30 miles!) and was able to fill is with just 23.X gallons. Which is 19.8 imperial or 90 liters. A full fill-up should be 27 US gallons. With how far I ran down reserve, I would expect a fill-up of 26. I doubt I had more than a gallon left.

I think maybe all Australian e32's are 102, the 735il I had for a month was 102 as well as my 750il.

Darko, I do not have it anymore, accdg to ETK these were used on EURO, Japan, South Africa 750 models i/iL/iLS right + left hand drive for 90 ltr tanks http://bmwfans.info/parts-catalog/16141180892 16141180892 90L/275MM, ETK says only in conjunction with Repair kit sending unit/fuel pump 16147159349 90L/275MM , post a want to buy in E32 classifieds section with details like p/n and size and search with google the European sites for parts. Maybe you can repair yours? >>> https://www.shiftbmw.com/model/e32/f...-and-cleaning/
Also check in intervals Japanese auctions in Yahoo, I have set it to E32 https://auctions.yahoo.co.jp/search/...+E32&x=22&y=28 if you find a part you need, use a Japan proxy bidder like https://buyee.jp/?lang=en https://www.jauce.com/ they buy for you and ship worldwide at reasonable prices

Check this idea: buy a fuel sender unit 16141180889 81L-90L/275MM http://bmwfans.info/parts-catalog/E3...sy_metal_tank/ the difference seems to be only the top metal plate, on the 750 you have 2 fuel pumps = 2 out connections + 1 for return line, this one has only for 1 pump 1 out/1 in=return line, electric plug will also be different as 1 vs 2 pumps, so check if the complete top metal piece with connectors for pump etc can be replaced + only the new plastic parts can be used. 16141180889 is used on E34 518i/g, 520/5ix M20 M50, 530/5i M30/M60,M5 S38, E32 +730/5i/iL M30 M60 from the pics it looks like the metal plate + the plastic parts are bolted or riveted, you can modify it https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/bmw...-16141180889-1 Try to get a used one, also post a WTB in the E34 section
