1996 850Ci original center muffler

Hi,
when I bought my 850Ci, it came with magnaflow end pipes and no x-pipe, just straight from the original cats all the way back.
I was contemplating to put back in an original BMW center muffler but they are nowhere to be found.
I would need part no 18121742340 for my car.
Any ideas where to source from? Ebay does not show any.
Alternatively I was thinking about buying all supersprint after cat or if i get a BMW center muffler i might go for Eisenmann end pipes.
Any input from the forum is highly appreciated!
