    really do not want to pull the motor and part this out or give it away on trade.

    The e39 m5 market is interesting currently. Check auto trader, some are over 100+ and not close to track ready.

    Yes, correct.

    3” stainless exhaust included

    Engine, harness, dme, and transmission are sold. OZ’s, not included. Seats and interior pieces all were tossed, including rear and door glasses. Radiator and spal fan included.
