Hello guys, I am a new member here and after searching on Google and reading a lot of BMW forums about my problems I finally arrived on this forum and decided to register. I have seen my issue being tackled by other members on here. Delmarco did a good writing about it too. Ok my issue here is my Glass-roof is not sitting flush against the roof, it sort of dips one side (right rear) I have done the calibration and tried to undo the T25 Torx Bolt for that side and had my friend push the glass up while I check if it’s levelled up with the roof tighten the bolt. It did level up with the roof but when I slide it open and close the dipping reappears back I have even tried to push it a bit further up so as to when am tightening it maybe it has been going down slightly, but still no luck and now here it’s been raining continuously most of the days. Is there anything I can do before the water starts getting in the car if it hasn’t started already or is there something am not doing right?? Please!

    Bump anyone:

I need to sort this out, this weather here is becoming unbearable

Hi, thank you all once again I finally managed to sort out the sunshade on my car, I had to read Delmaco's DIY thoroughly and yes I was missing some point. But now it’s all done.

    Sunshade driver bumper

For those looking in the future, I found the plastic bumper for the sunshade driver on thingaverse. It is not exactly the same but seems to work. Link below. Our test print in PLA was loose. We had to scale it down a bit to make the fit tighter. My son then printed it in nylon and it fits like a glove. I'll see if we can share his scaled version. We are still rebuilding a new to us sunroof cassette, but the new sunshade slider bumper seems like it will work great. We had to also print new tabs for the sunshade as well. Once the sunshade is recovered we can get it all back together.
