All lights out

Just got done a valve cover replacement,

Headlights and all interior lights are now not working.

Any idea what feeds all of that? Have I perhaps left a cable off or misconnected it? What fuse runs all this?

Windows are also down, so am I looking at the FRM? Fed by no fewer than 4 fuses I see?

Found the four fuses and all are good.

After I finished the job I couldn't start the car as I had left a ground wire from the motor off. I read a bunch of codes including some from the FRM that didn't make sense about bulbs being out that were observably fine. Once I found the strap and started the car I found I had no windows operation or interior lights. Now when I run bimmerlink I don't see the footwell module at all. Do you think if I sent it to one of the reprogrammers on ebay it would work or is it fully bricked when that happens?
