What is this engine insulation piece called?

I have a 2001 740iL and want to replace these 2 what look like engine insulation pieces made out of some sort of fabric that is falling apart. One on each side. Looked at realoem but can't seem to find the part number does anyone know what the part number is or what this is called? I have attached a photo circling them. image (1) (1).jpg

Looks right thanks! Price is around $250 each yikes. When yours start to fall apart what do you typically do other than replace?

oof. I’d say check eBay/pick your part for a set for a fraction of that.
