bmw e36 turbo oil question

So building my e36 328is turbo and wondering what's the best oil to use? I'm able to get any brand and at cost. Prob going with 5w50 weight.
I used to use 5w40 total quartz 9000 before turbo build.

1- ams oil signature series
2-motal sport 5w50
3-liqui moli 5w50 molygen
4-castrol 5w50
5-stick to what i was using
6-shoot me some options

Maybe something like these full-synthetic high=performance oils?
The Valvoline VR1 is seems to be a very good pick.
How often you will change oil? You can try Castrol EDGE Extended Performance and change it every 5000 miles due to the fact that you own turbo engine
