Alpina or Ac Schnitzer front spoilers

My Alpina spoiler has bit the dust too many times and fixed too many times to count. I gave up trying to make it perfect so now the alternatives. Genuine is $1200. Ebay Alpina lips are too thin and arrive broken from Poland ( horror stories ive heard) I found a local shop by my house here in So Cal. Pay and they make them toorder and u can pick it up at their location in Northridge CA

    $225.00
I ordered mine and turn around time is 1 week. Ill post soon as i get mine

A guy on Facebook recently posted about this vendor who makes the lip. Initial comments seems to be that they fit worse than the ones from Poland. It goes without saying, but be prepared to do lots of fitting work.

There was a couple of guys from So Cal who bought the DtM alpina spoiler and their fitment were perfect. Why I didnt even hesitate to buy from Dtmfiberwerks. Once he told me the fiberglass is white I knew it was the same as my friends before they painted them
The Poland spoilers are thin and Grey.
I bought a grey 1 from craigslist for $120. Once i saw the quality vs mine i quickly threw it back on craigslist for $200. It made more sense to rebuild my cracked spoiler.
    Do i expect perfection? No!!
Im really only buyjng this out of convenience. The shop takes 1 week to make and i dont pay for shipping. The shop is 20 mins away from where i live

Lip came in. It fits like a glove and zero binding on edges. Perfect fit and the quality of the fiberglass is thick not thin. The lettering is squared perfectly and raised. I highly recommend this place. Keep in mind it hasnt been primed and painted. Came like this and this was for fitment at the shop. I was stoked

Shouldn't it fit right up to the bodyline on the bumper? My European made one fit exactly there without screwing it in place (not sure where it originally came from as I bought it off of BlueCrabMafia):

Again i just want to reiterate why im posting this lip. Its an alternative to buying from ebay poland or latvia, waiting 1 konth for delivery for it to be broken in half. Ive seen or read many horror stories on that and i sure didnt want to gamble. Maybe quality has gotten better on those polish lips but the 1 i nought years ago u couldnt fit it around the corners. Some had to take it to body shop to break and re fiberglass. Stories like that.
Just trying to help So Cal peeps

Good info! I still have my grey Poland one sitting in the closet but it's good to know once that bites the dust there's a better alternative. Price sounds about right as well.
