This was my last look with authentic Hartges painted matte black. They looked great, but they were sooooooooo heavy.

    are fun!
I was just told about this thread by another member so I thought that I would add some pics of my collection of Hartge parts. I got hooked on Hartge a few years back and have and started collecting parts for my Mtech Hartge theme car. It started out when I found these 4x100 wheels.

They were in pretty rough shape so I had them stripped, mirror polished the lips and had them painted with ceramic paint and clear coat to get them ready for the car.

This started the addiction for more Hartge parts. So I after searching for quite some time and with some help from my friends I found the gauge cluster, gauge pod, steering wheel and shift knob. The dash was also bad in the car so I replaced that while I was having fun with the interior.

Then I came across the muffler for the car. I need to do a little body work and some welding to adapt this to the Mtech so it looks like it came that way from the factory.

I have also found the strut bar and valve cover which I am refinishing and waiting for the motor build to install.

The Mtech is still in the restoration stages and needs paint and interior. Then I came across a pretty nice E30 M3 and had to pickup another set of staggered 5x120's for that car.

Currently I am refinishing the dead pedal and will be installing that soon.

I am looking at getting another gauge pod for the M3 and some other bits as they become available.

    Cheers,

    Jim

I used the lock lug next to the knob for the caps. It was smaller diameter. Looking good!
