    Who can access Vehicle Histories?

I have a 1989 BMW M3 VIN: WBSAK0308KZ198384 and I'd like to get the details of it's birth.

Anyone with a connection able/willing to help?

    Jeff

NOT CARFAX, got that before buying. I'm asking about the print-out from BMW-NA computer showing details on build and service.

I think it depends what the OP is looking for.

If talking about carfax, then yes, that is prohibited in the FAQ -
    http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum...q_rules_carfax

If talking about other information (vehicle service history, etc.), I would assume that anyone with personal information/experience with the vehicle would be able to PM the OP with information without any issues.

    Thanks Andrew,

I got it. I had a Carfax already and it was good! I guess I'm looking for Vehicle SERVICE history which I guess comes off BMW-NA computer.

BTW, Andrew, I put my insurance with Hagerty. It was very affordable and Agreed Value coverage.

I tried to look it up, but the VIN you gave doesn't work.

    anyway, here you go:
    https://secure.carfax.com/creditCard...ions&fid=27298

    so to answer your question:
all people who buy a carfax can access their carfax that they bought.
