Wow!
You're gonna be swamped with swap requests
Makes me want to send you my car.
Time for Trevor to quit his day job and do this full time.
If half of the people that I've talked to actually showed up I'd be on number 12 or so. But they are all talkers. There was even a 5 wagon. The Estroil car is still on hold. I haven't heard any news from him, I'm sure once he's back to or close to normal he'll be in touch.

Too many variables to give an accurate estimate.
at $21K!
Looks like it may even break $30k.
I have to admit I`m wrong but Im being a man. I was wrong . It is stupid money cuz the e38 has tanked in prices. Appears to be a lot of suckers out there paying this kind of money so theres no limit. I now believe you CAN get $40k for your 7.....

$40k wouldn't even come close with mine. And I bet Tyler's car will fetch $35k or more. $32k minimum. I wouldn't say any of the bidders/buyers are suckers. Money is a relative thing and to many who have it, a proper E38 M7 swap is something they have always wanted but never had the means or ability to produce. So then it just becomes how much value they find in that as well as how rare the proper swapped cars are. And obviously it's more than you would care to agree with. Which is fine because you are absolutely entitled to your opinion. I have got a good feel for car valuations and have been right about final sale prices on at least 25 plus totally different cars on BAT with 95% accuracy. When you look on there daily for 10 years or so, you really get a good feel for fair market values.
And remember, most said my E39 touring probably wouldn't break $20k. It ended up selling for $36k and then $32k the second sale IIRC.

We are witnessing history, first time an E38 owner probably making money on the car )
Really nice car, totally worth the money.
He started with some good bones. I think that is key.
Told y'all! Over $35k and still going.
It’s must see TV! Trevor’s swap price just went up...
$40k, still going.
$41k. Wow.
Amazing!
The key to a proper M build IMO, is to start with the cleanest and lowest mileage car you can find. Can't go wrong that way.
