'04 M3 began running rough this morning and service engine soon light came on. Obviously, I need to pull the codes. If anyone has a code reader, I live in the Perimeter area. I can't bring the M3 to you but can travel for a loaner.
Will apologize in advance for not being able to PM anyone -- I guess it's off limits to new members. Please feel free to e-mail at jbaesman@yahoo.com.
TIA,
Jon

another member set me up... it was a bad ignition coil....
however, Dave -- it looks like you are parting out some E36 M3s... I'd love to talk and see what is available... please send your contact info jbaesman@yahoo.com and I'll connect... also, we can chat this Saturday if you are going to the CCA social event...
again, thanks to everyone!

Pully holder tool and 32/36mm open-end for fans and water pumps
added a 12 ton shop press to my arsenal.
Anyone have a Camshaft alignment tool, that would work for an 02 325 that I could borrow/rent this weekend?

Anyone have a radiator pressure tester or adapter for BMW/e36's? I've searched everywhere to buy the adapter locally to use with the autozone loaner pressure tester with no luck! Considering all the coolant system issues and diagnosing blown headgaskets and cracked heads I can't believe they're not available everywhere!
If there's a demand for it I'll get a good one off the web and rent it out for like $10 p/day.

I'm looking for the tool that pulls the rear axles into the hub for an E30 M3. Not replacing the bearings, but will need to remove & then replace the stub axles.
I understand that I am also in need of a thin-walled 30mm socket for this job....which seems to be the only socket I am missing......
Would prefer the Alpharetta area as I'm working with a REAL short time frame.
Thanks!--Lee
i have spring compressors, may not be something anyone needs but i sure needed them when i bought them!
would you let me rent those tools for a weekend?
