Help:Car jerks in acceleration between 2000-3000 RPM???

I have a 330ci ZHP 6 speed that I bought CPO and been having problems since then. When I accelerate between 2000 and 3000 RPM. It is most notcible in 3rd and forth gear, and happens when I accelerate after the car has been fully warmed up. Has anyone experienced this, or knows what might be the cause? The dealership said it might be the injectors, and they had it cleaned (cost me over $200).

It feels like the car is accelerating and then slows down for a brief sec, hence I feel a jerk, and not a smooth acceleration. thanks in advance.

I have a 328ci, I had that sudden dip when floored where it almost felt like it was losing power then it all came back between 2k-3k rpms. I replaced Vanos Seals and fuel pump and fuel filter. Problem is gone and car pulls like crazy all the way through each gear with no stumble.
