Is there any way to manipulate post-cat O2 sensor wires?

Is there any way the post cat O2 sensor wires can be manipulated with slicing, resistors, diodes, whatever to make the car think the cats and post sensors are always good?

IIRC, all the post-cat sensors do is tell the car if the cats need replacement or not.

For $150 from bimmerworld you can get o2 sims. Plug and play and the DME will always think the cats/sensors are there and working.

Or for $1.50 you can get a spark plug extendeder and put your O2 sensor in it. If you move the O2 sensor, just far enough out of the exhaust stream it will think the cats are working.
