God I hate putting these things together.....

I'll just leave this here..
The chrome oversized wheels and d-bagged ride height are dual-abominations, but the rest is luscious. I'd sort out the crap stuff in .003 seconds, hurl the bag-kit and chrome wheels into the ocean, and then be happy as a clam.

This is just a matter of coding the halos to be the only DRL’s, correct?
I don’t mind the high beams to be the DRL’s, as they use a more or less unused bulb (for the most part) in the headlight assembly. I guess it’s a personal choice/taste. It would be nice to be able to turn them on/off at will with a flick of a switch though.
Is the default DRL setting from factory for the rest of you guys, just the high beams on only?
I ask because some DRL setups are all the lights on (essentially light switch position 2) as soon as you start the car.
Beautiful
Id keep the AC Schnitzers but definitely toss the bags and lift it a bit. Otherwise, yum.
I just don’t get the stancetard stretch the F’ out of the tires on rims much wider then the tires are. Those rims wouldn’t last half a day out here on our wonderful streets. All show and no go never did it for me, I laugh my ass off every time I see those turds oompaloomping down the street.....

I believe they are built for looks not ride or drivabilit. Personally, I don't get them either. But I am a "make them perfectly clean and improve from there" owner.

The color is gorgeous. No questions there. I even like the chin spoiler, Rear Window spoiler (Wing?) and the M5 mirrors. All are tasteful upgrades.

All that power is useless if the car can’t handle. Putting skinny tires on those otherwise nice rims is a waste of those rims, and the rest of the car.

Idk about the opinions of others, but...my 525iT looks like a deformed minivan from an aerial view (5th floor at work). I haven't driven it in months, and just recently finished up the manual swap. Now that its back on the road, and I see it parked way down there in the parking lot...I feel as though maybe I've been catfished. LOL - I know the true aesthetic pleasure comes from seeing it rolling down the highway at an eye level view. I'm just looking for something to complain about while I waste away the last two hours in prison.
Rear 3/4 looks so much better with the M Sport style rear bumper and revised dual exhaust tip.
car looks phenom, i know how hard it is to upkeep a black car. I agree wheels really suite the car!
Thanks for feedback! Bags are staying. awesome to drive.. When did 285s become skinny tires?
Anyone have correct part number for koni rears that work on v8 touring with sls
he meant skinny sidewall. Because indeed zero sidewall tires are actually slow and disasterously impractical if you drive anywhere with real world roads. “No way man they aren’t slow they’re ballar I win all the drag races and car handles like it’s on rails!” Yeah ok fine. But in a real road-course setting cars w those tires are awful cuz a crapload of grip comes from tire suspension and compliance vs the gumball stretch and poke setups. Plus accelerated tire heating and carcass breakdown blah blah. Oh and not having brutally bent out of balance wheels after the first 10 miles. The upside is laughing your ass off at stancetards who pulled the bead on their stretch tires and trashed out both the tires and wheels and possibly car as well. That IS fun.
The bag system - well if it’s a practical stancetard rig and you can drive around at OEM ride height 2 mins after the show - sure fine no problem I guess. Waste of $ for me but I get it.
The chrome wheels just suck tho. No excuses there at all. Those should only be sold to wannabe gangasta rapper pimps for use on hoopties and clapped out AMGs.

I like the upside.... I do laugh my ass off when I see those stupid retarded dumba$$ stancetards, bunch of idiots...

Not sure if any of that was particularly directed to Magnushns but to his defense, there is barely a stretch at all on those 285's (and i also dont see a sidewall dimension listed). Looks to me like the fender work was put in to tuck those puppies. I know my 275's on my 9.5" wheels fit great, 285 seems realistic. Also, dont think hes taking his Estoril M5 swapped touring on any "Road-Course" settings any time soon, nor trying to break any performance records with it. I know I wouldn't risk it in my (imaginary) M5T even WITH the proper tire setup (especially in the spec he seems to own).
Although most of the info here is top-notch, the opinions will usually raise an eyebrow. Sometimes, even when its not your style, you have to step back and appreciate the amount of work put into something. I'd love to see GG's score card should he ever become a judge for a car show; That would be comedy gold. Looking forward to see more of that thing, Magnushun.

How should the rear hatch operate? Should it stay at whatever position you put it, or only when fully open?
Once the strut gets past its point where the rod gets into its extending point, is when it will start to be able to hold the glass up. This of course changes as the struts pressure starts to fart out its ooomph.
