Anyone have any pictures of silver e39iT on style 5s? Debating swapping the mparallels for some... or maybe an arc 8?

Also, anyone want to trade some style 5s for my 18x8 et 13 front, 18x9.5 et25 rear wheels? Lol Theyve have been freshly refinished / powder coated. These are the staggered set off an e38, professionally bored to e39 fitment. Pretty much perfect condish

With that said, ecs has them up for sale right now at about $1700 pre-bored out...

The apex arc 8s would look wicked on my car in like a Hyper Silver finish

I love style 5. My ex black 540 had them and it was a great look. My silver touring came with them too...but somehow they didn't look right. Not aggressive???

Are you considering 18" style 5? Now that's different.

Holly molly what did you hit ? I'm sure I'm the minority here but I like the style 95's over the 65's.
It's really tough to match colors on the 65's.

I'm other way around, there's too many 5s and 7s around here running 95s, kinda sick of them. I also own two sets of decently rare wheels, I like to be different XD

I agree. I usually go with something different, but I was in a rush to get the daily on the road again. I was offered some 20'' style 32 that I might try out. Wish I had the wheels from my old e39 . Also had a set of BBS CH I sold last year.

I had 17" style 5's on my TiSi touring. They have always been one of my favorite wheels.

My problem with them on the touring was, they seemed to get lost. If they were 18", I would have kept them. The 17" goes perfect for my E28 or did. I seem to always have a set of these just in case I run into another E28 that's too good to pass up.

Mine are currently sitting in the attic. I told myself I would just refinish them for the time being. Yeah, that hasn't happened. Haha.

    The nogaro grey...yeah, that's a nice choice!

18" style 5s / BBS RS are hard to come by, at least in 5x120

    Very true.

I was in that dilemma awhile back. For the price premium people want for 18" style 5's, I found myself looking at Arc-8's and BBS LM's.

I wasn't about to go the "fill and drill" route with so many options available. The most I would personally ever do is a little hub bore to get to 74.1.

Yeah i would want to go the 18" route. I feel it really pulls the cars looks together, and just shows that e39 iT's are like, "visually" versatile.

And that's exactly why i asked to see them on a silver touring, i was afraid that the silver + the stock style 5s would blend "too well". I figured the negaro grey centers, polished lips, and maybe plated hardware would contrast well. We will see.

I would go the style 42 route but i already have 2 pc 42's on my e36 :P

I have a friend with a set of 18s in AL. He's powder coated them something pretty dreadful, but you could get them for about 1200-1500.

I should have some old photos of my 17" style 5's somewhere on my TiSi touring if those would help you visually at all?

What's everyone doing since this whole photo bucket debacle?

Unless he wants to trade for my 18" mpars, probably not. But thanks for looking out!

On the topic of wheels... got some 18" te37 reps on mine recently wrapped in PSS. Wheels and tires are 18 x 9.5 265/30 all the way around. Front is super tight inside the fender when the wheel is all the way turned... otherwise they totally fit. Was super sad to have to lose my Style 65s which I LOVE but they just would not fit over the Stoptech BBK...
