Route Suggestion:
Buena Vista has a good burger joint its a pretty long drive though
I don't want to have it canceled just because I can't make it. In terms of rescheduling, that was my last weekend day off except for the 22nd when I have a meet planned with the ti guys. I have the 20th open right now but I also have to reschedule a dr appointment so it's kind of a toss up
yeah dude, http://www.318ti.org/forum/showthread.php?t=20990
you'd have to ask around to see if anyone is in the market for a project
Hello i'm one of the Ti guys and chris told about the meet you guys are planning on doing. So far 2 of the guys in the group are willing to show up. So keep us informed as to what's gonna happen.

Sweet, I'm glad there's alot of interest.
Non BMW's are allowed for sure! What do you have?Id be in if non BMW owners are allowed
I'd be keen on this, but that might be a little too far. Plus lots of Cops on 285 too. I'll try to have a route together tomorrow.Buena Vista has a good burger joint its a pretty long drive though
so I got the shaft at work today and now I have to unexpectedly work Saturday through Tuesday so it looks like I can't make it anymore...at least i have next to zero job satisfactionI'm free 9 - 11, 19, 20, 29, and 30 MarchI think you might have just caught a cold !! No worries man. This weekend is my only weekend off the rest of the month, although I do have the 20th off. I bet we could get Kevin to go then too.I have the 20th open right now
I propose this: Lets keep the plan on for Sunday, and then we can do another M Coupe thing on the 20th.
For all those in for Sunday I'll try to come up with a route by tomorrow so you can make a final decision!
That's my LSB in the pic - that was the day the Enzo showed up at the stadium (and all the scoobies).
My only concern is that the mountains are getting a fresh dose of 4-8" of snow today and I doubt it will be cleared (and the sand surely won't) by sunday.

yeah man, that black enzo was unreal!
soooooo.....bad news.....we can't make it....i ran it by the wifey, and she reminded me about a snowboarding trip we've had planned for this weekend! i always get so damn excited when i see these things being formed, I forget about anything else.....so if we can reschedule.....i'd be down for a later march drive.....
Reschedule to an ummm.... SATURDAY
Saturday and I'm there!

Will post a route tonight. I'm thinking we should stay relatively low due to sand from the snow this week. I'm thinking Peak to Peak is the highest we should go.
Here's what I'm thinking for a route if we can find out the condition and sand level of the Peak to Peak. Anyone been up there this week that can give a sand/road condition report??
Meet at the intersection of HWY 93 and HWY 72 just North of Golden.
Head West on HWY 72 through Coal Creek Canyon to the Peak to Peak HWY.
Head North on the Peak to Peak through Nederland and Ward.
Then:
Option 1 - If the roads are bad. There's a bar on the Peak to Peak just above Ward where we could grab a bite. After that we could head down Left Hand Canyon. Take 36 back to Boulder / Denver.
Option 2 - If the roads are good. Stay on the Peak to Peak to HWY 7 and head down St. Vrain Canyon to Lyons and Grab a bite at Oskar Blues. Take 36 back to Boulder / Denver.
What do you guys think?
Sounds good, what time?
