Almost every week there is a new person who comes into the Canada section to ask where they can buy online parts in Canada, instead of running a search. Here is what i found. If anyone has anything more to add please do so.

Placed a order with autopartsonlinecanada.com. A few days later I get a email saying a credit was issued to my CC with no other explaination. I call my CC to see what credit there is and the full amount was refunded. I think they canceled the order??? So I email then asking what's going on......no response and that was a couple of weeks ago........-1 for these guys, buyer beware.
Placed a order with autopartsway.ca. A few days later a package arrives from Vancouver, then another from Toronto. +1 for these guys, fast service.

+1 for autopartsway.ca I have made a couple or orders with them including antifreeze. Quick UPS shipping, excellent communications and OK pricing depending on what you are looking for. (Us E34 guys have to be careful as there can be a huge difference between local and online US retailers.
has anyone used the bimman site yet...
would like to pick up a few things if they are reputable.
thanks!

I stumbled upon this site on Kijiji. Good prices but unknown quality. Out of TO. Anyone ever heard of them?

Hi,
we are comming soon with a very good online shop for canadians. We ship parts from canada since 2000 for BMW. (used to be ultimatebmwparts.com up to 2005)
Around may 1st we should roll out the same shop as we currently have for USA.

I just made a purchase from autopartsway.ca I'm impressed with its low prices and user friendly website. They offer free shipping as well.
We have a bit of delay with the release of our new Canadian shop due to longer than expected shipping system with Purolator but we are only a week or so away to release it. (hopefully!)
Stay Tuned!

We are finally live for our Canadian website

does anybody know where i can get some adjustable shock mounts? the 325 i recently bought was lowered improperly and has an awful camber issue
anyone used bimmerspecialist yet?
We are online since about 8 years shipping within Canada and USA. We use to be ultimatebmwparts.com up to 2005-06.
Its our new upgraded online catalogue that is live since a month +

I was going to about 1 month ago but my only issue is not having the level of telephone support like some of the other sites. Personally, if I have a problem, I would like to be able to phone and talk to someone on the spot. This is not a knock against bimerspecialist just a personal choice. They have a great website with a huge product selection.
Hi soundmax,
Thanks for your comments and we are currently addressing that situation.
We are currently hiring and training advisors for our Canadian side. We are expecting that the phone service will be improved over the next 30-60 days.
However we do have a very good online support with our online ticket system and we do respond to all.

Hi,
I used to like autopartsway.ca until I noticed some of their parts are over 50% more expensive than their US website. I needed a Jaguar X-type expansion tank and it was cheaper ordering it from the U.S. site. I told them that the CDN dollar is on par now but the response was that I was comparing apples to oranges. LOL yeah ok. The guy sounded frustrated in the email because he probably gets hit with similar emails every day.
As for customer service I just received an $11 air filter from the CDN site with a forklift fork-size hole in the box but autopartsway wants me to pay to ship it back. This air filter was shipped in a bigger box with other parts in it so it was sent to me with the hole from the depot (i.e. it wasn't damaged during shipping). I haven't checked how much it cost to ship it back yet but it's going to kill any savings I had. I usually order from US sites now and have them ship to one of my colleagues in the US who then ships it to me the cheapest way available depending on the package. I have to admit that autopartsway.ca does ship quickly though. It's too bad I got burned with the air filter or I'd order from them again.

Umm I think that hhtuning is defunct now does anyone know where you can get non-oem performance parts in this country ?
I just ordered from them. Very fast and prices much better than dealer. No customs charges as advertised. They even special ordered a few genuine BMW parts for me that weren't listed. I believe they will do it when the order is more than $75. Just e-mail the sale department with your part numbers to get quote on special orders.anyone used bimmerspecialist yet?

Ordered a rad from Bimmerspecialist yesterday. Definitely good prices.
Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car and oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.
Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall, torque is how far you take the wall with you.
Anybody try these guys?

Looks like yet another online Worldpac source. They offer free shipping on orders over $75.

I just bought a few things from www.importcarpartscanada.ca. Shopped around and they had the best prices for my parts. I think they have a warehouse in BC and Ontario. My parts came out of Ontario. Ordered them late on a Friday and they were at my door in BC on the following Wednesday. All parts were correct. Before I ordered I called the 800 # to ask a question about one of the parts and talked with a guy that spoke perfect ENGLISH! I'd use them again in a heart beat.
www.asptuning.com located in Calgary, great online store.
Local-pick up available.
Note: their website is getting updated right now, so not all their products are availalbe. Email them for info on the product you want.
I ordered an ignition coil from autopartsway.ca. They shipped a damaged part inside a second undamaged box. Much like ettore38.
The were completely apathetic and rude. I returned the item at my expense, and they claimed to never have got it. I've caught them in several lies, and things have deteriorated.
They refuse to answer my calls, and I have to hide my number to get through to find out whats going on with my part.
