i was loking in the lower side of my front bumper and i noticed that a round sensor its atached in the lower part of the bumper in the lower side what is this for ? do any one know thanks
If you are talking about the upper right corner of the lower grille opening, and the sensor looks like a little cone, then that's the outside air temp sensor for your trip computer.

it looks more like a battery it is round and flat about 2 inches in diameter
Ahh, my M3 has one of those, it's the temperature sensor for the heated windshield washer nozzles or something. But my Z3 doesn't have one.

it could be the car has heated mirrors , seats and it has some wires going into the base off the winshield washer thanks

mine was hanging at first i noticed a hole in the bumper where it fits , after reading the answers to this post , i did a research and it is rigth the car has the winter pakage , and this sensor is for the heated washers
