----SOLD----
I have an instrument cluster pulled from a 1996 UK M3 Evolution. It's in absolutely fantastic condition, and has ~134,200 miles on it. I bought it recently but decided against installing it.
$300 OBO.

the rev limiter different though so it most likely is from an evo
It's from the UK. They still use MPH over there. It is from an Evo, hence the higher visual redline. The speedometer also reads to 170 instead of 160. Also, in the US we have a red line at 55mph, whereas the Euro clusters do not - a relic from the days of a US national speed limit.
It also has an Oil Temperature gauge below the Tach, which the US clusters do not have. We have the MPG gauge.

isit easy to wire up the oil temp gauge on us car?
That's interesting, if I could justify buying that I probably would. Nice
VP Anyone have a Girlfax?
You have to run a wire from a sender in the oil drain plug or an oil distribution block (LeatherZ sells ODBs for about $100 with senders preinstalled) to the cluster. I've heard it's not too bad.
If you're planning on upgrading your oil cooler to the better Euro system (bimmerworld sells the complete kit for $850 or so), it has a spot for the sender already. Otherwise you need to buy an ODB or a drain-plug sender.

hmm I have the ODB. Just more than I want to spend at the moment, good to know.
