If you are changing why not go to a manual?? They should fit im sure its just a mount issue. Just getting new mounts should be possible. Only thing Id worry about is, how the computer would adapt, or im sure youd have to get it reprogrammed.

hm.. ok. I can't afford a swap. Besides, I'm just looking to replace my faulty tranny so I could sell the car. Thanks. Anyone else?

I wanted to do this long time ago...
it will work...but you need quite a few things...

    Entire Tranny
    M3 driveshaft...
    diffy
tranny ECU (I don't know about it, since it has an extra gear)
shift shaft and knob (if it doesn't come with)

it costs quite a lot....unless you want to stick with the 3.91 diffy
