Hi all,

I have a 1999 BMW E39 LS conversion project that I am contemplating selling. I live in Southern New Mexico, just north of El Paso, TX.

The BMW 540/LS conversion is about 2/3rds complete. I've own the car since 2005, and when my wife drove the car in 2015 with the water pump broke and ruined the BMW engine, I began the LS conversion process. It has an L33 engine from a 2006 Chevy truck paired with a 4L80E transmission installed. I completely overhauled the L33 upper, with new valve springs, new valves, new bearings to the rocker arms, and cylinder heads milled .025. It has a brand new oil pan, intake manifold, Camaro water pump, and nice aluminum radiator installed. The lower has a new oil pump and timing chain, but the rest is stock, so is the tranny. I also have the L33 ECU and gas pedal, along with many other parts. I am at the exhaust part of the conversion process.

The E39 body and interior are in very good shape--it was my daily driver until the failed water pump ruined the engine.
