Evening all,
This may seem a bit strange but it's true. I retired from the company I worked for 36 years. Typically they keep email addresses open for quite some time so customers can still communicate with me as needed and I can pas that info onto my previous employer. I didn't mind doing it since I was paid a consulting fee.
But recently the company got hacked with some type of malware. It came from some outside source from someone logging in remotely. So the IT folks said delete all ex-employee email addresses. So my previous email as listed in the post above is toast. Also I had to change my login name and email address. I did notify the moderators of the change.
So long story short is that my E36 LS vert listed above is still for sale. I previously reduced the price to $10,000. I really waffled back and forth on selling the car but the time has come for it to go.
New reduced price is $7800.
Still includes all the swap parts.
It really is a nice clean car. It would make a great winter project.
Any questions PM me or my cell is still the same 320 266 7531
Still for sale how does $7200 sound. I'd rather sell it on this site other than all the goof balls on craigslist
So how about $6900. Again all swap parts included except the LS1, T56 trans and computer.
Reduced to $6500. It would make a great winter project and summer driver.
Thanks for the reply.
I know the thread is a bit confusing due to my retirement. My work email was stopped due to a hack from some where.
I'm happy to send you pics as needed via text. Send me your cell number and I can send you any pics as you need.
My cell is 320 266 7531
I believe this is the original posting.
Tipsy thanks for the help.
It has been a hassle since losing my work email. Don't blame them for doing it to protect the company. I was doing some consulting and all of the sudden I was no longer available. More or less sorted out now.
If you have questions please just give me a call. I'm not a big text guy. Car is under cover in my storage building. If you come up to look and don't like what you see I will refund all money down payment or otherwise.
Price reduced to $6300.
Price reduced to $6250.
Evening all,
Still time to build a great car for summer time fun. All you need is a LS based motor, trans and ECM.
You don't need to rebuild the suspension it's been done. Or buy all the LS swap parts they are included. You don't need to repaint the car it's a no hit rust free car. You don't need to redo the interior. You don't need to detail the engine compartment or clean the bottom of the car it's been done. You don't need to redo all the brakes it's been done. You don't need to buy new wheels and tires they are like new maybe 5000 miles. The fuel system includes the 255 Walbro pump and Corvette FPR. Cooling system is upgraded with the Misimoto radiator so that along with all coolant hoses are done. All exhaust with dual mufflers and cats are included and done.
Still time for some summer fun. Cruising with the top down is awesome.
Price reduced to $6000.

Sale pending. Took a down payment today on the 1999 E36. Thanks to everyone who contacted me.
Car is sold.
C10 LS1 1968: Congrats!
It was a great swap. Perfect for high speed runs down the autobahn. I may do another in the future but most likely an E46. Still has to be a vert. Thank you for all the help to everyone on the forum.
Perhaps this is not the best place to make my introduction, but it seems appropriate somehow. I was the one that bought Jim's E36. I just pulled into my driveway from hauling it back from his house.
It is a beautiful car, and Jim seems to have done a meticulous job prepping it. In addition, Jim is a super-nice guy, and I got to meet his lovely wife Darlene today, too.
Wish me luck getting a mill in there and getting it back on the road. I am sure I will be asking lots of dumb questions soon!
Paul
