Those other ones are vector drawings in photoshop right? I think it would be harder to free draw in MS paint.

Why...Its not about drawing a car with a pen tool its about cartooning a car...I do the outline in illistratur fill it with the solid color in photoshop then draw the rest in with the pen/brush tools *as seen on the mcoupe*

nope it means you have actual artistic talent, not just a whiz at photoshop. Not saying that everyone who uses photoshop is unartistic, it is something that you are born with, not taught.

+1. PS looks nice, but the best lines/line art are always going to come from illustrator or similar vector based programs.
