Electric fan won't stop running ?

Hit a curb in the rain and broke both wheels, ever since the electric fan won't shut off, its the one right behind the grills, my car is a 2002 M3 , it keeps the temp very low but i don't know if this is a good thing,

If the coolant temp switch goes bad, the fan will come on and stay on as a safety mode so the car won't overheat. Make sure it's not disconnected. It should be located on the radiator cover on the right side opposite side to the intake.
