Nice car. Your brakes are awesome. Too bad this thread was ruined by pointless bickering.

Yes, Previous owner did a lot of modifications to the car which he reverted back before I bought it. It was a show car but also did some drag racing.
Then it had a S05B32 with an ASA supercharger (about 500hp) and the 6speed box, also totally slammed suspention, 19" wheels and some other mods.
So it has had a colorfull life
What I have tried to do is to keep the overall look of the car as close to the original GT.

Rear seats are out. Pretty simple to do. The rear headrests take more time.
This saves 22kg, so overall its aout 57kg weight savings by taking the original seats out and putting in the CF ones.
I put in a BMW carco net I had in the garage. That keeps some of the things in the trunk from flying forward.
My target is to get under the 3kg/hp rate.

I bought the brakes of Ebay, I have no Idea where they came from. I know that Mercedes changed the brakes on alot of the cars when customers began complaining about various things (lack of feel, squeeking and so on), maybe I have one of the replaced pair, who cares since they work really well. I dont mind squeeking brakes.. it just makes it a bit more race like. Still, a quick wash with the preasure washer and its gone.
Update:
Removing the rear seats makes the driving a bit more fun. Now the car is serously LOUD!

silly floridian doesnt know your in europe. Are you on stock brakes in the rear still?
Rear brake calipers are stock, the rotors are drilled. I plan to update the rear brakes also, but it really has not troubled me on the track. In hard braking the biggest part of the weight is on the front wheels.

no flame, but more of a question. Could you elaborate on the exhaust manifold design? Why not tubular?
No need for a tubular design now but I have already talked to a fabricator who is willing to do a tubular setup that fits the same dimentions as these manifolds. I have talked to many people in the turbo/tuning business and they all say that the manifold design does not really come into play unless you are boosting more than I will
Im going to run this setup at least for a year at 6-8 psi, but if I decide to go higher I will go all the way and change the internals and the manifolds.
I will also post all details of the setup (KIT) once its finished & running.
There will be a guy visiting me in 2 weeks to do a custom map for me, so untill then I cant determen the outcome.
