I used BrakeCalc and the managing engineer at Tilton to decide on the MC sizes. We concluded that there needed to be a 1/16" difference front to rear, and the final sizing just depends on your desired pedal pressure. Since i'm relatively lightweight, I measured the pedal pressure I wanted to use, added a bit of safety factor (for those oh shit moments) and plugged it in and used what it said.
I use the Tilton brake bias bar in the pedal assembly, but i have not had to play with it yet, brakes feel very nuetral and trailbraking went well at pocono on Sat.

Thanks. Sad to see it go, but i had to come to terms with not having enough time to use it and I'd rather see someone else enjoy it then just having it sit in the garage.
Focusing on the new biz venture, wedding and a new house
Might get an E46 IT(R) car for next season...we'll see.
Down the road i'd like to do a pretty bare bones 135 N55 DCT racecar. I have a 2012 135dct msport daily driver and I think it would make a fantastic racecar.
