A few questions about early model parts on a late model

Hello everyone,
I'm looking at some mirrors from an early model to go on my car, but I have read that the connectors might be different for the power mirror, but it wasn't very clear in the post. Is it possible to switch out the insides if they are? The mirrors I'm looking at are much better looking than my current ones.
Also is there a difference in window motors, and sunroof motors from early to late?

Mirrors will all interchange. Sunroof motors will interchange. Window motors are different 84-87 to 88+.

Oh one more quick question, are the two window motors interchangable also? or each side has one
