    New member to the 7 series owner club!!!

    I bought myself a 2000 750IL for christmas!!!

    This baby has every bell and whistle you can think of, with only 98,000 miles! I have been a BMW enthusiast for years, I bought my first one, a 1988 325IS, about 5 years ago and have just about rebuilt the entire car. my second BMW in a 1994 525IT, for the wife and kids. I was shopping around craigslist for a good deal on a 97/98 M3 4 door when I cam across this car that I thought was a hoax. It was selling for $11.5k, I tried to talk him down to
    $10k but heas wouldnt go any lower than $11.3k so i bought it. I will post pics of this immaculate car soon!

    Good deal...Got my Anthracite (grey) '99 2.5 years ago with 57k for 19.8K. Beware she is a thirsty one and only champagne. But the ride and power is worth it!

    The thing in on the tranny tunnel looks like an aftermarket phone mount. It is getting removed immediately.

    Congratulations!

    Congrats on your purchase. I drove that model year for a few days as a loaner from my dealer when I had a 525 and after it I was sold on the 7 -Series. Amazing pick up for the size of car. Hopefully you got an extended warranty from you dealer.

    +100. Mine already covered almost $3K in repairs (cooling system and suspension work) during my 15 months of ownership. Warranty has already paid for itself and I still have 2 years/24,000 of coverage left.
