Parting 95 E38 740i Arctic Silver w/4.4L M62 OBDI Conv

Car has had engine replaced due to Nikasil. The replacement was a M62 4.4L V8 from a 97 540i. In order to make it work in a 95 E38 w/an M60 4.0L, VAC Motorsports was contracted to swap out the front timing covers and the cam sprockets. Engine is plug and play with any E32 740i, E34 540i, or E38 740i (95 model year only) that comes stock with an OBD I M60B40. $2200 for this custom engine with 110k miles. If you are n Philly/S.
