My heat didn't work in the car, it only worked when i rev the engine over 2500 rpm ones i let go it cooled down, on the highway it worked pretty good, So i replaced the heater control valve now it works awesome, and finally i got to bleed my system before it was very hard but i found the problem, i found a 10mm screw stuck in the additional water pump thats attached to the heater control valves. Here are some pics the hole was pretty small for the antifreeze to go thru. My question is were could that screw come from? it looks like someone stuck it in there lol, I think my valves were sticking anyways so i put a new one, i can believe how easy it was to replace it, took me about 15 min to replace the heater control valve.

OLD HEATER CONTROL VALVE do you see that 10mm screw in the water pump it was there like that when i took off the hose.
