My seat belt is stuck and won't loosen. I took it apart and put it all back together, now it won't pull the belt in all of the way. I have folding rear seats by the way. This is what I need, unless you know how I can fix this problem. Thanks.

I have two complete rear seatbelt assemblies from a '94 325i with fixed seats. $30 shipped for one, $50 for both.
